Four steps program

This three months experiential program will bring you to explore how your relationships directly impact the team and new perspectives on who you are in your role. It will bring you to question your interactions with your team and invite you to adapt to what you discover. You will walk away with new perspectives and tools.

- Step 1: Group kick off workshop

Group discussion to introduce the program, understand the core concepts supporting it and set our intentions for the 12 weeks. This workshop can be either in person or virtually depending on the locations of all the participants.

- Step 2: Individual two hours coaching discovery discussion

Individual discussion (in person or virtually) to explore your context, your relationships with your team and what makes you tick.

- Step 3: Eleven one hour individual coaching session

Weekly individual coaching session (in person or virtually) to work on your specific challenges, goals and relationships. Each session will conclude with discussion about homework and/or reflection.

- Step 4: Group closing workshop

Program closure with the group (in person or virtually) to share individual experiences and learning.
