As part of SmartDev’s aggressive growth plan we are looking to expand our development team SmartDev (https://jobs.smartdev.com/) offers tailor-made mobile apps and websites with the most popular frontend and back-end technologies. We are currently working with about 70 developers.
We are looking for a QA Tester who possesses software quality through manual testing and will perform tests on our code and communicate the results with our engineering team to produce the most effective products that delight our clients.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Analyzing the requirements from clients
- Arranging Test Environment to execute the test cases
- Conducting Review Meetings
- Analyzing and executing Test Cases
- Defect Tracking
- Communicating with Test Manager
- Reporting of bugs to developers so as to fix it
REQUIREMENTS
- BS/MS degree in relevant studies.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years working as QA/QC or Test Engineer in a Software Development.
- Experience with at least 3 full software development projects.
- Experience in design test plan, test cases, test procedures, reporting test result, issues/bugs
- Experience in executing testing on software application, web application and mobile app
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
- Logical thinking in Business requirement
- Experience in manual test using
- Being able to work in team, lead team, or work independently
- Being creative in work and having good attitude at workplace
- Being able to work under pressure
- Being able to learn and grow quickly
NICE TO HAVE
- Performance and security testing experience
- Familiarity with back – end language
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Having experience working with automated testing is a plus
