SmartDev is looking for a WordPress developer who will develop visually appealing websites by translating mock-ups and wireframes into WP pages and posts.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for efficient code, meticulous care to details and excellent communication skills.

Tasks 

• Deliver high quality and SEO enabled WordPress pages and posts 
• Write custom CSS code 
• Research and test plugins 
• Find illustrations on platforms like Shutterstock
• Source high quality content from writers or designers 
• Perform the maintenance of the website (backups, plugin updates, regular tests) 
• Report to the team or directly to the customer 
• Be proactive, independent, and solution oriented 
• Participating in architectural discussions with clients 
• Driving the estimation process 

General requirements 

• University degree and/or similar vocational accreditations 
• 2 years of experience with WordPress
• CSS programming skills 
• Good spoken and written English
